Funding Sources : To establish my lab and support my transition back to Latin America, I received institutional support through SIJA funds (support for young investigators at UNAM) and a PAPIIT grant (Programa de Apoyo a Proyectos de Investigación e Innovación Tecnológica at UNAM) from UNAM. Internationally, I was awarded a Junior Scholar Award from the Global Consortium for Reproductive Longevity and Equality (GCRLE), based at the Buck Institute and funded by the Bia-Echo Foundation. This support was instrumental in launching my independent research program.
